1win Terms
Partnership agreement
Definitions The Betting Company refers to the 1win website (hereinafter called the Internet Resource) that allows users to place bets on sporting events online. The Affiliate Program is a marketing approach that the Company uses to engage new visitors to its Internet Resource. The Company provides affiliates with promotional links, banners, and text to assist in marketing the Internet Resource, in return for a percentage of the income generated from customers who come through the Affiliate's promotions.
An Affiliate is a webmaster (an individual or organization; owner of the resource) who complies with the terms of the Company’s Affiliate Program as outlined on http://1win.run and attracts new users, thereby promoting the Company’s offerings. Players are individuals who register on the betting platform through an Affiliate's link.
Revenue refers to the commission earned by an Affiliate based on the profits from players they introduce. A Payout is the transfer of an Affiliate’s earnings from their internal account within the Affiliate Program to an external payment method. Promotional materials encompass marketing tools used to promote the 1win betting products online.
General provisions
1. The Affiliate acknowledges that they will read the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program and agree to the Affiliate Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) prior to starting their engagement with the program.
2. Participation in the Affiliate Program is limited to customers aged 18 years or older.
3. The Affiliate is responsible for safeguarding personal information, including login credentials. The Company holds no liability for any damages arising from unauthorized or careless use of personal data.
4. Use of the Company’s Intellectual Property
4.1. Affiliates are prohibited from copying the appearance of the Company’s websites or specific landing pages, along with its registered websites, trademarks, and trade names. Affiliate websites and pages must not suggest that they are operated by or affiliated with the Company and its associated brands.
4.2. Using the Company’s logos, graphics, and marketing materials without the express permission of the Company’s representatives is strictly forbidden, except for materials provided to the Affiliate as part of the Affiliate Program.
4.3. Affiliates are not allowed to register a new site (domain) or support an existing one using the Company’s name and brands. The Affiliate acknowledges that a website address (domain) similar to that of the Company and its brands could confuse users.
4.4. It is prohibited to acquire, register, and utilize keywords, meta tags, search phrases, or any identifiers that are identical or similar to the Company’s trademarks and brand names in advertising or other services. No pages or groups may be created on social networks or messaging platforms that might be mistaken for those of the Company or its brands. The use of the Company’s names and logos in creating such pages or groups is not allowed. The Affiliate agrees to refrain from creating or disseminating mobile or web applications or sites that could resemble those of the Company and its labels.
4.5. Should any part of Clauses 4.1 — 4.4 be violated, the Company reserves the right to revise the terms of the partnership, potentially resulting in its complete termination.
5. We maintain the right to alter the Agreement for a wide range of commercial, legal, and customer service-related reasons. The current terms and their effective dates will be made available on the Affiliate Program website. It is the individual responsibility of customers to familiarize themselves with the latest Agreement. The Company can amend the operation of the Website at any point without advance notification to customers.
6. Affiliates to the Program are supplied with advertising graphics, therefore, the corresponding text may not always be included. Affiliates may utilize the website information however they see fit.
7. In promoting 1win, Affiliates must not resort to email spam or any form of unsolicited advertising, contextual ads, or traffic that is exploitative of the Company’s brand. Detection of such traffic sources may lead to the termination and blocking of the Affiliate’s account.
8. Affiliates are prohibited from employing cookie stuffing techniques, such as opening the 1win website in an iframe that is zero-size or within an invisible region, or executing cookie scripts and other similar actions. Noncompliance with these guidelines may result in termination and blocking of the Affiliate's personal account.
9. The Company retains the right to request traffic sources and additional information from the Affiliate regarding how they promote the Internet Resource. If the Affiliate declines to provide this information, the Company may refuse further cooperation.
10. The Affiliate Program accepts only one member per registration. Members are forbidden from maintaining multiple affiliate accounts and from registering as a sub-affiliate. Violation of this may result in the termination of the partnership and subsequent account blocking. If an Affiliate requires the operation of multiple accounts within the Program, they must inform the administration and provide valid justification.
11. Affiliates are restricted from registering their own player accounts on the betting site via their referral link or promo code, as well as from colluding with others. Registrations are limited to one per individual, family, IP, device, email address, or payment information. Discovery of such actions may lead to the termination and blocking of both the Affiliate’s accounts in the Affiliate Program and within the betting company's platform.
12. The Company reserves the right to revert an Affiliate’s rate back to the initial 50% if they stop providing promotional materials. Affiliates can monitor their current rate in their personal profile.
13. The Company reserves the right to suspend payments to an Affiliate or block their account under the following conditions:
13.1. There are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Affiliate has violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
13.2. The Affiliate has made use of images, photographs, or videos involving the Company’s ambassadors in their promotional content. These ambassadors may include artists, influencers, and other public figures;
13.3. There is reasonable belief that the Affiliate’s account has been transferred to third parties, sold, or compromised;
13.4. The Partner has shared confidential information acquired through interactions with the administration or support staff of the Company. This information is regarded as confidential in all respects;
13.5. The Partner has exhibited hostile or aggressive conduct toward a representative of the Company, including making threats or using unacceptable language.
14. CPA model working conditions:
14.1. Prior to commencing participation in the Affiliate Program using the CPA model, an Affiliate is required to reach out to the manager of the Affiliate Program to facilitate the activation of this cooperation model;
14.2. When forming the cooperation conditions within the CPA model, various performance metrics and other indicators related to the players referred by the Affiliate are assessed. Any fluctuations in these metrics may lead to changes in the cooperation terms;
14.3. To qualify for a payout under the CPA model, an Affiliate must procure a minimum of 10 First Deposits (FDs). Initially, a trial threshold may be applied, meaning the Affiliate will only receive their first payout after hitting the defined number of FDs;
14.4. The duration for reviewing traffic before the balance crediting (hold) to qualify is set to 7 days;
14.5. Players who are already customers of the online casino and betting platform 1win will not yield any payouts under the CPA model. Conversions that are flagged with multi-account status after verification will be disqualified;
14.6. If there are significant deviations in traffic from the overall Key Performance Indicators (KPI), the hold period may be extended on a case-by-case basis for each individual Affiliate. Should the referred players show prolonged inactivity, the Company retains the right to withhold payments for those qualifications;
14.7. Clients who meet their KPIs might still not receive payments or may be denied transition to the Revenue Share payment model under the following circumstances: – mentioning minimum deposit amounts in promotional materials; – utilization of incentivized traffic (cashback offers or rewards for deposits); – traffic generated through deceptive means; – misleading users; – removal of the link from the applications through which traffic was sourced; – discovery of technical issues within the application due to a lack of initial analysis from the Affiliate Program's QA department; – inaccurate reporting concerning the sources of traffic utilized; – high player attrition rates; – launching campaigns without prior approval from the manager.
14.8. The traffic analysis methodology and its detailed components are part of the anti-fraud protocol and are not to be disclosed to third parties. Traffic that fails the anti-fraud scrutiny will not generate any payment. Should violations be detected, the Affiliate's account may face termination or suspension.
15. The services under the brands \"1win\" and \"onewin\" are subject to time restrictions. The Company may refrain from providing, advertising, promoting, or making accessible its Services to any individuals in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Exceptions to this list include: Northern Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Greenland, St. Barthelemy, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Wallis and Futuna, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten (Netherlands). If someone attempts to access the services of \"1win\" or \"onewin\" while situated in the countries with these temporary restrictions, they will be notified of the existing limitations. Users may access the Company's services under alternative brands or await modifications to the temporary restrictions.
Referral fee The earnings of an Affiliate lack a fixed rate. Instead, they are determined by the revenue generated by the betting company from users who signed up via the Affiliate's link. The commissions and bonuses earned by a referred user do not impact the Affiliate’s earnings, which stands at 50% of the net profit made by the referred players from the betting company. The Affiliate Rate may be adjusted at the Company's discretion. Affiliates can monitor the current Affiliate rate through their personal profiles.
Payment of fees Affiliates can receive their earnings weekly on Tuesdays by transferring funds to the betting company's account, providing necessary payment details. Payment of fees is contingent on the Affiliate referring at least 10 active customers who have deposited a total of at least ₽5,000 or $/€70 into their personal accounts. If the Affiliate does not meet these criteria for payment, the funds will be held until the requisite number of customers and amounts is achieved. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to postpone payments for up to 2 months in case of unforeseen technical issues on the part of the Affiliate Program, as well as for the verification of the Affiliate and the traffic sources they utilize.
Dispute resolution procedure Members of the Affiliate Program can contest any issues that arise. The Company will comprehensively and fairly address all disputes provided that specific information—including documented facts and arguments—is submitted. All disputed information should be sent in written form to the Company's support email at security.partners@1w.run. The dispute will be reviewed within 14 days of receiving the correspondence, and the Affiliate will be informed of the outcome via a reply letter. It is strictly forbidden to use profanity, insults, or false information in these communications.
